Let's Make A Movie!

At Wildflower school, we have been successful in attaining an Arts Start grant in Stop Motion. This initiative is up and running thanks to parent and artist Brian Lye and our teachers Emma White (K/Grade 1), Heather Vardy (grades 2-6), and Kirsten Johnson (grades 2-6).

Once weekly, Brian comes in to work with each class for about one hour.

It was incredible to see how quickly the students caught on and the way in which each beginning storyboard offered humor, design, and enthusiasm: "Lets do another one!"

Over the next many weeks, we look forward in seeing where each student's learning will grow.
