Get Ready for Family Fun Night - We Need Your Help!
We’re excited for our 2nd annual Family Fun Night on Thursday, May 1st from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm in the school gym and classrooms. Last year was a blast and we can’t wait to do it again! But to make it a success, we’ll need extra help from parents.

"Since 1967, International Literacy Day (ILD) celebrations have taken place annually around the world to remind the public of the importance of literacy as a matter of dignity and human rights, and to advance the literacy agenda towards a more literate and sustainable society."

SD8 joins the rest of Canada to mark the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day. September 30 honours the children who never returned home and Survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities.
